Podsećam vas da se dva obroka zamenjuju supama a na vama je da jedan po vašem izboru jedete normalno.

Recepti su isprobani na SMM 888B X Beko blenderu

SUPA OD MANGA – hladna

Sastojci:

300gr manga

450gr krastavca

1 glavica luka

1 čen belog luka

4 kašike maskarpone – ili Ella sir sa što manje masnoće za detox varijantu

1 kašičica soli po ukusu

2 kašike sirćeta

Malo maslinovog ulja

1 krastavac svež ili kiseli

Oljuštite, isecite i ubacite u soup maker  iseckane parčiće manga, krastavca, luka i belog luka. Dodajte so, sirće, sir (maskarpone) i malo vode i sameljite u aparatu dok postane krem.

Dodajte po ukusu još soli i sirćeta, a po potrebi dolijte i još vode.

Ohladite u frižideru ili dodajte kockice leda ako odmah služite i nemate vremena da čekate da se ohladi.

Sipajte u činije ili široke čaše i stavite malo maslinovog ulja za ukras.  Ako imate vremena, možete na čačkalice staviti kockicu manga i poslužiti kao martini. Krug krastavca može biti dobar ukras, kao što stavljate agrume na koktele.

Možete dodati i semenke po želji, krutone, suvi luk ili sitan sir samo pazite da ne preterate sa kalorijama i masnoćama.


SUPA OD CELERA – topla

Sastojci:

300 grama očišćemog i iseckanog celera

1 čen belog luka sitno iseckano ili ispresovano

200 grama krompira (može skuvan)

100ml mleka sa malo masnoće

500ml vruća voda ili ostatak bistre supe

Ubacite u Soupmaker sve pripremljene namirnice i uključite spremanje supe. Ukras mogu biti krutončići ili najjednostavije samo posut biber ili neki drugi začin.
