2 plava patlidžana, iseckana i ostavljena da puste vodu

malo kumina u prahu

malo maslinovog ulja

1 crni luk, iseckan

4, 5 štapića celera, iseckano

peršun, korijander i majčina dužica, sitno seckan

mala konzerva seckanog paradajza (ili svež)

3 čena belog luka

voda ili bistra supa

ljuta paprika u prahu, biber i so

Ako imate vremena, ispecite u rerni plavi parlidžan, posut maslinovim uljem, belim lukom i kuminom.

Sve stavite u Soup Maker, blendirajte i skuvajte.

Ukrasite majčinom dušicom.



Šolja blanširanih badema, potopljenih da odstoje preko noći

1 parče hleba koji je ostavljen da se osuši preko noći, na kocke

2 čena belog luka

malo sirćeta

1 kisela jabuka očišćena i isečena na kocke

malo zelenog grožđa


maslinovo ulje

Voda ili bistra supa

Ako služite odmah, dodajte led

Stavite sve u Soup Maker i blendirajte.

Ukrasite sa po pola grozda.
