1 kašičica maslinovog ulja

1 karfiol, opran i usitnjen

1 luk, iseckan

1 čen belog luka, što sitnije iseckan

Vruća voda ili topla bistra supa

So i Biber

Malo mleka sa malo masnoće ili light pavlake ili grčkog jogurta

Sve stavite u Soup maker i uključite opciju za blendiranje i kuvanje supe.

Služite toplo, ukrašeno sa malo maslinovog ulja ili posuto orasima.



Činija očišćenog zelenog grožđa

1 veći krastavac

1 parče prepečenog tosta, iseckanog na kockice

Šaka pečenih, slanih badema

2 čena belog luka, sitno iseckana

Šolja grčkog jogurta

So, biber

malo sirćeta

malo meda

malo vlašca

Ubacite grožđe u Soup Maker i dodajte krastavac, tost, badem, luk, so i biber. Blendirajte par minuta a onda dodajte sirće, med i grčki jogurt. Dodajte led ako jedete odmah, ili ostavite u frižideru.

Ukrasite krutonima isa par prepolovljenih zrna grožđa.

    website? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
    But maybe you could a little more in the way of content
    so people could connect with it better. Youve
    got an awful lot of text for only having one or two pictures.

    Maybe you could space it out better?
